  • The Warwick Hall Christmas Ball is a black tie event. Dress to impress

  • Your ticket includes entrance to the Warwick Hall Christmas Ball, a complimentary welcome drink, all entertainment and 3 course meal. Drinks to be purchased separately at the bar, or in advance with one of our Celebration Drinks Packages.

  • You are very welcome to book multiple tickets or whole tables of 10. Please get in touch to discuss if you require any help booking multiple tickets. Groups will be sat together where possible, but are likely to share a table if less than 10 tickets are purchased.

  • Drinks reception is 7-7:30

    Meal commences at 8pm

    Carriages at midnight

  • If you have any dietary requirements or questions about our menu, please get in touch to discuss, we’ll be happy to help

  • There is plentiful free parking on the Warwick Hall and King’s High School campus. The site map that includes parking can be seen here: Warwick Hall Map

  • There are disabled parking spaces a short distance from Warwick Hall. There are no steps required and all of the venue has flat access.

  • Please be aware that stage lighting and a live band will be in residence - please be aware if you have any medical condition which may be affected by the use of flashing lights

  • Tickets to the Warwick Hall Ball are non refundable - if we have space we will try to move your booking to an alternate evening

  • The Warwick Hall Christmas Ball is open to all guests of 18 or over.
